Nail Aftercare Service
In the event you chip your nails, you experience a broken or lost nail within 7 calendar days of service rendered (excluding fill/refill and regular polish), please report this with a photo, date and time of service, type of service, your name, and phone number used at check-in to wynnnailsandpsairvine@gmail.com
Be advised - Typical response time is 24-48 hours
At the discretion of management, we offer a free touch-up, repair or replacement on the effected nails. Outside of this period (7 calendar days from services rendered) there will be a small fee will be assessed.
Refunds
All purchases are final and we are unable to exchange, or provide refund.
Nail Art/custom designs
We offer custom nail art and design services. Once service is complete, clients are required to inspect and approve the work before leaving the salon. Once you have left the salon, we are unable to offer replacement or re-do service for custom designs/nail art.
Be advised - For clients using a picture obtained online from a third party source as an example for desired design or nail art, we do not guarantee an exact match between the image or picture and the service rendered at Wynn Nails and Spa - Irvine.
Allergies or Skin sensitivity
Please let us know if you have overly sensitive skin, any specific allergies, or medical conditions that may be affected by our treatments or products. We cannot be held responsible if you do not disclose any specific allergies, or medical conditions that may cause adverse affects as a result of treatments or services provided or products used in rendering treatments or services. Please inform your technician of any allergies, medical conditions or sensitivity to products used.
Promotions
Various promotional offers are run throughout the year, date and time restrictions may apply. Offers may not be used in conjunction with each other. Wynn Nails and Spa - Irvine reserves the right to cancel any promotions running at any given time.
Lost Property
We ask clients to look after their property while at Wynn Nails and Spa - Irvine as we are unable to take responsibility of items left unattended.
The Right to Refuse Treatments
Please note we reserve the right to refuse treatments/service.
Wynn Nails and Spa - Irvine reserves the right to amend Terms and Conditions as and when it is considered necessary to do so. Reasonable notice will be given for this.
